Your library and grid planner

Keep the library tidy

Use Active, Completed, Archived and Trash to find the right stage of work. Search and format filters narrow the results. Choose Grid for compact visual cards with reel frames and ebook covers, or Table for a dense list with format, status, date and actions. The view is kept in the URL when you reload.

1. Mark finished or manually published content Complete.
2. Archive work you want to keep out of the active view.
3. Move unwanted drafts to Trash; use the available restore action if needed.
4. Use Duplicate draft for a separate editable copy.

Plan the feed

Open Grid planner and add content from Your content. The picker includes active and completed work, and shows which posts are already in the grid. Hover over, focus or tap the question-mark icon beside the item count for controls and keyboard instructions.

1. Drag a post directly to rearrange it. The cursor becomes a grab hand.
2. Click a tile to edit its cover, crop or planned date.
3. Use the X to remove it from the grid while keeping it in your library.
4. Use Undo to restore the previous grid order.

Find missing items and versions

Check the content status filter if you cannot find a post. Matching titles are grouped as saved versions in the planner; expand the group to inspect alternatives. Search with a distinctive word or series number.

What the plan changes

The grid previews a 3:4 profile crop and your planned order. It does not post to Instagram or rearrange already-published Instagram posts. Planned dates are organizational notes, not scheduled publishing jobs.
